By booking with our property, the guest agrees to the following conditions: ✅ Booking The reservation is confirmed only after the deposit has been received. A valid ID must be presented at check-in. 💳 Payments The balance can be paid in cash, by card, or by bank transfer. Any local tourist taxes are not included in the room rate and must be paid at check-in. ❌ Cancellations Free cancellation is at the discretion of the property. For cancellations made after the allowed period or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained or the full stay will be charged. ⏰ Check-in/Check-out Times Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Check-out: by 10:30 AM (Other times available only upon request and subject to availability) 🧾 Responsibility Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. The management is not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the rooms. 📵 Behavior Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Respect for peace and quiet is essential, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
